despite being charged express postage this was the longest ever had to wait for a delivery. Once arrived product was faulty. As a resolution seller suggested I buy (pay for) a 2nd camera. Next offer was for me to arrange and pay to send product back to them for inspection and they might consider refunding some money, but not all ( if they did at all). Got alibaba involved whom found in seller favor anyway. Stay away from this seller, after some years of online buying this seller was my first and worst negative experience. I've never been ripped off and mocked on top of it before. Disgusting
Beth and team were great to work with. If the opportunity to business with them again is an option, I would not hesitate to do so.
